The screening looks at your rental history, credit, income & criminal background. The application usually takes 2 business days to process. With your application we will need photo ID & a current income statement. - Move in process:
We provide clear and comprehensive lease agreements that outline important terms and conditions. The move in documents consist of the rental agreement, deposit agreement, move in condition report, mold & lead addendums, pet addendum (if allowed) and utility forms. - Due to the safety of our Brokers and the ability to fully see the property, it is our company policy that we do not show after dark.
