Tenants do pay all their own utilities & each unit is individually metered for water, sewer & electricity. Parking is available in the garage for $95.00 a month, with only one spot per unit. There is an ADA lift from the garage to the 1st floor of the apartments. Tenants are required to provide proof of renters' insurance. We are allowing a small pet 20 pounds or less with a fee & pet rent. There is a 12-month rental agreement. We do require prospective tenants to complete an application at the cost of $48.95 per person 18 & older who will be living there. Our minimum income requirement is 3x's the rent, this is gross income & can be combined income between 2 adults. 1st month rent, $225 document fee & security deposit are due at the time of move-in, deposit is equal to the rent. We prorate the 2nd month's rent if you should take possession after the 1st of the month.
