Welcome to our first floor apartment, located in the vibrant city of Everett, WA. This spacious 1-bedroom apartment has new carpet and paint, and is close to a variety of amenities, including shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options. With its convenient location and separate private entrance, this first floor apartment is the perfect place to call home. This unit comes with one assigned parking space, and has on-site laundry. Water/sewer/trash is included with the rent. Tenant is billed directly for electricity by Snohomish County PUD. We require a 12-month rental agreement. This unit is move in ready now!

We require prospective tenants to complete an application at the cost of $48.95 per person 18 and older that would be living there.

First month rent, security deposit and a $225.00 document fee are due at the time of move in, the deposit is equal to the rent*. We prorate the second month’s rent if you should take possession after the first of the month.

GENERAL CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE AS TENANT(S):

1. Rental History: Your current and/or prior landlords will be contacted to check your payment history, balance owing, care of property and any contract violations.
2. Income: It is required that prospective tenants earn at lease three times the amount of monthly rent. (For applicants through Section 8 and similar housing they must earn 2 times the rent). This can be combined income between two adults and is income before any deductions. We will require your most recent pay statement and/or other written verification of income with your application
3. Public Records: We will evaluate court records for charges, convictions, warrants, judgments, and evictions.
4. Credit History: We will look at your credit balance, collections, and overall history of paying debt.

If a co-signer is needed/wanted they will also need to complete an application, provide documentation of making a minimum of four times the amount of rent plus own a home in Snohomish County and pre-approved surrounding areas.
